## Key capabilities

*Features*

Calls and chats in, contacts and leads out — Kommo stays your system of record.

- **Knows who is calling** — At the start of a call: name, company and the latest lead with its stage.
- **Requests become leads** — The contact is found by phone or created, then a lead in the pipeline you pick.
- **Pipeline, stage and owner** — You choose where new leads land in Kommo and who owns them.
- **Every call written back** — After each call, a note on the customer's open lead, or the contact: direction, duration, outcome, summary and the recording link — plus the full transcript if you switch it on.
- **Where the request came from** — The request, delivery address, products and the ad that brought the customer go into the lead as a note.
- **Data protection** — AES-256 encryption, GDPR compliance, backups around the clock.
- **Always On** — No onboarding, no burnout. Ready from day one, remembers every conversation.

## What you need to connect

*Before you start*

A short checklist before you connect.

1. **Kommo administrator** — Only an administrator can create the token.
2. **Long-lived token** — From a private integration in Settings → Integrations, on the Keys and scopes tab. Pick an expiry of up to 5 years.
3. **HAPP account with an assistant** — An active workspace at my.happ.tools with at least one assistant configured to talk to your customers.

## One assistant, every channel

*Everything else*

This is one of two dozen integrations. Connect the rest the same way — no code, no migration.

- **Messengers** (5 channels) — Telegram, Viber, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp
- **Telephony** (5 carriers) — Binotel, Ringostat, Phonet, UniTalk, StreamTelecom
- **CRM systems** (5 integrations) — SalesDrive, keyCRM, NetHunt, Odoo, Google Sheets

Plus Altegio, Shifio, Zadarma, Qdrant, Custom Messenger and webhooks for anything else you run.

## Frequently asked questions

*FAQ*

Answers to the most common questions about the Kommo integration with HAPP.

### How do I connect Kommo?

Create a private integration in Kommo under Settings → Integrations, generate a long-lived token on its Keys and scopes tab, then enter your account address and the token in HAPP → Integrations → Kommo.

### What does the assistant know when a call starts?

It looks the number up in Kommo and gets the contact's name, email and company, plus their latest lead: name, stage and budget.

### Where do new leads land?

In the pipeline, stage and owner you pick in the integration settings. Without them, the lead goes to your main pipeline, first stage.

### What goes into the call note?

Direction, duration, outcome, summary and the recording link — and the full transcript if you switch it on. A number that is not in Kommo gets no note: there is no record to attach it to.

### Kommo stores phone numbers as typed. Will the assistant still find the customer?

Yes. It matches on the last 9 digits, so 050 111 22 33 and +380501112233 are the same customer.

### Does the token expire?

Yes — on the date you picked when generating it, up to 5 years out. Generate a new one before then.

### What happens if I disconnect?

Disconnect the card in HAPP. Contacts, leads and notes already in Kommo stay untouched.

## Connect Kommo

Paste a long-lived token into HAPP and pick the pipeline new leads land in.
