# AI call analytics via Phonet

> HAPP AI works with Phonet. Every call is transcribed and analyzed — and you see how your managers really perform without listening in.

- **Integration:** Phonet (Telephony)
- **Page:** https://happ.tools/integrations/phonet
- **Setup guide:** https://docs.happ.tools/ — step-by-step connection instructions, error reference and connection management live in the docs, not on this page.
- **Action:** [Connect Phonet](https://my.happ.tools/)

## Key capabilities

*Capabilities*

Full control over your team's phone communication — without spending a single minute listening to recordings.

- **Every call scored, none skipped** — A virtual PBX with smart call routing across your whole team. Calls land in HAPP with a transcript, a score and the reason a deal stalled.
- **AI scoring by your criteria** — Script adherence 30%, needs discovery 25%, objection handling 25%, closing 20% — or your own weights.
- **Manager leaderboard** — One number per rep, rebuilt from conversations rather than from opinions — updated daily.
- **95%+ recognition accuracy** — Clear audio transcribes above 95%. The model keeps learning the vocabulary of your industry.
- **Voice assistant on the same line** — The same integration can answer inbound and place outbound calls 24/7 — no breaks, weekends or sick days.

## What you see once it is on

*The finished picture*

Nothing moves and nobody learns a second tool. The calls stay in Phonet — they simply arrive already read, scored and explained.

- **Every call in text** — A transcript with the speakers apart, searchable across every line you run.
- **A three-line summary** — What was asked for, what was agreed, and what happens next.
- **A score out of ten** — One number per call, against your own script and your own weights.
- **Stop-phrases caught** — The words you banned, quoted with the second they were said.
- **Standards checked** — Greeting, name and service language, held to the standard you set.

### In your Phonet account

The call journal you already open every morning — with one column more.

- **Call journal** — Time · Direction · Number · Manager · AI score
- **AI score — added by HAPP** — 11:08 · +380 97 220 61 40 · Oleh Danylchuk — Existing customer asking to move to the annual plan. Quoted the monthly price, left the discount question unanswered, ended the call with nothing booked. *(Script 5.0 · Needs 6.0 · Objections 4.0 · Closing 3.0)*
- **Stop-phrase** — “I don’t know, try calling back later” — at 03:41

### In HAPP

The read-out behind that number — and the team ranked by it.

- **Summary** — The customer asked twice what the annual plan would cost them. The manager answered with the monthly rate both times and did not offer to send anything in writing.
- **Why the deal stalled** — The price objection was never answered — the call ended two turns after it was raised.
- **Scored against your script** — Script adherence 30% · 5.0 · Needs discovery 25% · 6.0 · Objection handling 25% · 4.0 · Closing and next step 20% · 3.0
- **This week, by average score** — Iryna Koval (92 calls) · 8.8 · Petro Savchuk (77 calls) · 7.9 · Oleh Danylchuk (64 calls) · 5.6

## Pick an agent and put it on the line

*Ready-made agents*

Three presets that cover what a Phonet line is usually asked to do. Take one as it is or edit the brief before you paste it — none of them needs a developer.

### Quality control

Listens to every call and marks it against your script, so that nobody has to.

- **What it listens to** — Every inbound and outbound call Phonet carries, from the moment it is answered.
- **What it writes back** — A score, a three-line summary and the reason a deal stalled — into the call journal and the contact card.
- **How it scores** — Script adherence — 30% · Needs discovery — 25% · Objection handling — 25% · Closing and next step — 20% · Stop-phrases and service language — pass or fail

**The brief**

```text
Agent: call quality control
Line: Phonet telephony, inbound and outbound
Task: transcribe every completed call and score it out of ten against the criteria below. Write a three-line summary, and where the call ended without an agreement, one sentence naming what stopped it.
Criteria and weights:
- Script adherence — 30%
- Needs discovery — 25%
- Objection handling — 25%
- Closing and next step — 20%
Also check, pass or fail: the greeting names the company and the manager, the service language is held throughout, and no stop-phrase is used. Quote any stop-phrase with the second it was said.
Write back: the score, the summary and the stall reason, to the call journal and the contact card.
```

### Lead scoring

Sorts real demand from noise before anybody spends an afternoon calling back.

- **What it listens to** — First-time callers, and every call that rang out unanswered.
- **What it writes back** — Hot, warm or cold with the sentence that decided it, plus the next step — on the contact card.
- **How it scores** — A need stated in the caller’s own words · Budget or price mentioned · A timeframe for deciding · Whether the caller decides or reports to someone · Whether they asked for anything back

**The brief**

```text
Agent: lead scoring
Line: Phonet telephony, first-time callers and missed calls
Task: decide whether the caller is real demand. Mark the call hot, warm or cold, and quote the sentence that decided it.
Look for:
- A need stated in the caller’s own words
- Budget or price mentioned
- A timeframe for deciding
- Whether the caller decides or reports to someone else
- Whether they asked for anything back
Write back: the mark, the deciding quote and the next step, on the contact card. Anything marked hot is flagged for a call-back the same day.
```

### Voice answering

Answers what nobody picked up — nights, weekends and the whole of the lunch hour.

- **What it listens to** — Calls that ring out, and everything outside working hours.
- **What it writes back** — The booking or the request in full, with its transcript, waiting for the team when they are back.
- **How it scores** — Greeting with the company name and its own · What the caller needs, in their own words · A booking made, or a call-back promised with a time · The details read back and confirmed · A hand-over to a person the moment one is asked for

**The brief**

```text
Agent: voice answering
Line: Phonet telephony, calls that ring out and everything outside working hours
Task: answer the call, find out what the caller needs, and either book it or take the request in full. Hand over to a person the moment one is asked for.
Always:
- Greet with the company name and your own
- Ask for the caller’s name and use it
- Read the details back before ending the call
- Stay in the language the caller opened in
Write back: the booking or the request, with the transcript, waiting for the team when they are back.
```

All three run on the same Phonet connection. A second agent is a second assistant, not a second integration.

## What you need to connect

*Before you start*

A short checklist — once these four things are in place, the rest takes under 30 minutes.

1. **An active Phonet account** — A working plan with provisioned numbers and admin rights — Phonet only acts on requests from account owners.
2. **Access to your work mailbox** — The same email you usually use with Phonet — they send the API keys only to the account owner's address.
3. **Webhook URL from HAPP** — Create the Phonet integration inside HAPP — you'll get a unique webhook URL to paste into the email to support.
4. **A HAPP account on any voice plan** — Sign up at my.happ.tools on any plan that includes voice analytics. One account, any number of phone lines.

## One assistant, every channel

*Everything else*

This is one of two dozen integrations. Connect the rest of your stack the same way — no code, no migration.

**Messengers** (5 channels): Telegram, Viber, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp
**Telephony** (5 carriers): Binotel, Ringostat, Phonet, UniTalk, StreamTelecom
**CRM systems** (5 integrations): SalesDrive, keyCRM, NetHunt, Odoo, Google Sheets

Plus Altegio, Shifio, Zadarma, Qdrant, Custom Messenger and webhooks for anything else you run.

## Frequently asked questions

*FAQ*

Answers to the most common questions about the Phonet integration.

### How do I connect Phonet to HAPP?

Phonet only issues API keys and configures webhooks by request to support@phonet.ua. In HAPP create the integration → copy your webhook URL → email Phonet support asking them to point the webhook to that address and send you the API Key and Secret. Usually within a day. Paste the keys back into HAPP and the integration goes live.

### How long does setup take?

About 20 minutes of hands-on work — email Phonet, receive the keys, paste them into HAPP, attach the assistant. Wall-clock time depends on Phonet's reply — typically up to 24 hours.

### How accurate is the transcription?

Speech recognition accuracy is over 95% for clear audio. AI continuously learns and improves recognition quality for your industry.

### Can I score reps by my own criteria?

Yes. You set the sales script, scoring criteria and the weight of each parameter. AI scores every call by your exact standards.

### Does the voice AI work 24/7?

Yes, the voice AI handles inbound and outbound calls 24/7 — no breaks, weekends or sick days.
