## Key capabilities

*Features*

Calls and chats in, persons and deals out — Pipedrive stays your system of record.

- **Knows who is calling** — At the start of a call: name, organization and the latest deal with its stage.
- **Requests become deals** — The person is found by phone or created, then a deal in the pipeline you pick.
- **Pipeline, stage and owner** — You choose where new deals land in Pipedrive and who owns them.
- **Every call written back** — After each call, a note on the person and their deal: direction, duration, outcome, summary and the recording link — plus the full transcript if you switch it on.
- **Where the request came from** — The request, delivery address, products and the ad that brought the customer go into the deal as a note.
- **Data protection** — AES-256 encryption, GDPR compliance, backups around the clock.
- **Always On** — No onboarding, no burnout. Ready from day one, remembers every conversation.

## What you need to connect

*Before you start*

A short checklist before you connect.

1. **Pipedrive user** — The token acts as this user, so their rights must cover the deals the assistant should see and create.
2. **Personal API token** — In Pipedrive: your avatar → Personal preferences → API.
3. **HAPP account with an assistant** — An active workspace at my.happ.tools with at least one assistant configured to talk to your customers.

## One assistant, every channel

*Everything else*

This is one of two dozen integrations. Connect the rest the same way — no code, no migration.

- **Messengers** (5 channels) — Telegram, Viber, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp
- **Telephony** (5 carriers) — Binotel, Ringostat, Phonet, UniTalk, StreamTelecom
- **CRM systems** (5 integrations) — SalesDrive, keyCRM, NetHunt, Odoo, Google Sheets

Plus Altegio, Shifio, Zadarma, Qdrant, Custom Messenger and webhooks for anything else you run.

## Frequently asked questions

*FAQ*

Answers to the most common questions about the Pipedrive integration with HAPP.

### How do I connect Pipedrive?

Copy your personal API token from Personal preferences → API in Pipedrive and paste it in HAPP → Integrations → Pipedrive.

### What does the assistant know when a call starts?

It looks the number up in Pipedrive and gets the person's name, email and organization, plus their latest deal: title, stage and value.

### Where do new deals land?

In the pipeline, stage and owner you pick in the integration settings. Without them, the deal goes to your default pipeline and belongs to the token's user.

### What goes into the call note?

Direction, duration, outcome, summary and the recording link — and the full transcript if you switch it on. A number that is not in Pipedrive gets no note: there is no record to attach it to.

### Pipedrive stores phone numbers as typed. Will the assistant still find the customer?

Yes. It matches on the last 9 digits, so 050 111 22 33 and +380501112233 are the same customer.

### What if the token's user is deactivated?

The integration stops working — the token is personal. Connect again with the token of an active user.

### What happens if I disconnect?

Disconnect the card in HAPP. Persons, deals and notes already in Pipedrive stay untouched.

## Connect Pipedrive

Paste your personal API token into HAPP and pick the pipeline new deals land in.
