Webinar for business: AI in E-comHow to build one AI system for your chats, your sales and your quality control

We rebuilt the platform end to end, and at the session we show it running on real e-commerce scenarios. This is not a bot and not a script: AI takes the first line in chats and on the phone, carries the customer through to an order, and when the question is hard it hands over to a manager together with the whole context.

Platform v2

Two jobs, one system

Both halves shown live at the session. The front line and the read-out behind it are the same platform — which is the only reason the second one has anything to read.

One inbox holding Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp and Viber, with the AI answering in the thread and offering the manager three replies to send next

AI holds the first line

It answers in chats and on the phone, walks the customer to an order, drops a payment link into the conversation and offers the thing that goes with it. A question that needs a person goes to a manager with the whole thread attached — not as a fresh ticket.

The team dashboard: active chats, cases closed today, share of AI replies accepted, average response time, and a per-manager table with AI share, CSAT and status

The system reads your team

In parallel it listens to the calls and reads the conversations, and shows how the sales floor actually works: who follows the script, where a chat dies without an order, and what customers keep refusing over.

Agenda

What we go through

Five scenarios, each one shown running rather than described.

01

Confirming an order by phone

The agent calls, checks the delivery address, hears the answer out and sets the status in the CRM — with nobody on the team dialling the number.

02

Instagram Direct, end to end

An instant first reply, the catalogue answered from inside the chat, a payment link in the thread and an upsell while the customer is still reading.

03

Call analysis: who works to the script

Every call scored against your own script, and the refusal topics ranked — so the reason orders fall through stops being a guess.

04

Chat analysis: where the orders leak

The point a conversation breaks off with no order, and the count of leads that costs you — per channel, per manager, per month.

05

The rebuilt platform, live

Chats with an AI mode, the mobile app, and MCP wired through to SalesDrive, keyCRM, NetHunt, OLX, Prom and Rozetka — demonstrated on a working account, not on slides.

After the session

Three things you will know by 8 PM

Not principles — answers about your own store.

  1. Which scenarios you can hand over today

Of everything your team does by hand right now, which parts are ready to move to AI this week and which ones are not ready yet.

  2. How well your team is actually working

What script adherence, response time and handover quality look like when something measures them instead of somebody remembering them.

  3. Where the orders are going missing

The exact step in the chat and the exact moment in the call where a customer who was ready to buy stops answering.

Audience

Who this is for

Three seats in the room, each with a different reason to be there.

Online store owners and marketplace sellers

You see the order count climbing and the team not keeping up. The session is about which part of that no longer needs a person at all — and which part always will.

Heads of sales and support

You answer for response time, for the quality of every reply and for orders reaching the CRM intact. You leave with a way to measure all three without listening to calls by hand.

Ops managers, CRM admins and integrators

You are the one who has to connect it. We show the wiring: what MCP does, where the data sits, which scenarios hold up in production and where an implementation usually breaks.

Before you register

The usual questions

Including the one about who should not bother.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Registration is there so we have somewhere to send the link and the reminder — not as a paywall in disguise.

Do I have to be a HAPP customer already?

No. Most of the session is about finding where a store loses orders, and that is worth knowing whatever you run on.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Bring the questions you have about your own chats, calls and CRM — the demo is run against real scenarios, so it can take yours.

Who is it not for?

If nothing is coming in yet — no chats, no calls, no orders — there is nothing here to automate, and this session will not change that.
