Step 1: Find the integration
Open Telephony → Ringostat
A short checklist — once these four things are in place, the rest takes under 30 minutes.
A working plan with provisioned numbers and admin rights — Ringostat only acts on requests from account owners.
The same email you usually use with Ringostat — they send the API keys only to the account owner's address.
Create the Ringostat integration inside HAPP — you'll get a unique webhook URL to paste into the email to support.

Ringostat only issues API keys and configures webhooks by request to [email protected]. In HAPP create the integration → copy your webhook URL → email Ringostat support asking them to point the webhook to that address and send you the API Key and Secret. Usually within a day. Paste the keys back into HAPP and the integration goes live.
About 20 minutes of hands-on work — email Ringostat, receive the keys, paste them into HAPP, attach the assistant. Wall-clock time depends on Ringostat's reply — typically up to 24 hours.
