How to get the keys

Three simple steps — from requesting keys at StreamTelecom to the «Connected» state in HAPP.

Get your API key

Four clicks inside the StreamCRM admin to a ready API key. Watch the walkthrough on the right.

    Click the «Меню» button in the top-left corner of StreamCRM

    In the menu, open «Адміністрування» (Administration)

    In the submenu, click «Профіль компанії» (Company profile)

    On the profile page, click the yellow «Згенерувати» (Generate) button next to API KEY — and copy the key into HAPP

How to disconnect StreamTelecom

Two steps in HAPP — the assistant stops handling calls, recorded ones stay put.

  1. 1Go to HAPP → Integrations → StreamTelecom.
  2. 2Click "…" next to the integration card → "Remove".
  3. 3(Optional) Email [email protected] asking them to deactivate the webhook on the StreamTelecom side.

What happens after disconnecting

  • New StreamTelecom calls stop reaching HAPP
  • All past calls, transcripts and AI scores stay in HAPP
  • The webhook on the StreamTelecom side may still be active — request deactivation by email
  • API Key and Secret remain valid in StreamTelecom — revoke them there separately if needed

Reconnect

How to reconnect StreamTelecom

If you still have the keys — two clicks, no email. If not — re-request from support.

  1. 1In HAPP → Integrations → StreamTelecom → "Connect".
  2. 2Paste the saved API Key and Secret (or request new ones from StreamTelecom support).
  3. 3Attach the integration back to the assistant — calls flow into HAPP again.

What is preserved after reconnecting

  • Integration settings (call direction, who answers, scoring rubric)
  • Assistant binding and its prompt
  • All past transcripts, scores and dashboards
  • If the webhook was deactivated — ask StreamTelecom to turn it back on

Answers to common questions about StreamTelecom with Happ

How do I connect StreamTelecom to HAPP?

StreamTelecom only issues API keys and configures webhooks by request to [email protected]. In HAPP create the integration → copy your webhook URL → email StreamTelecom support asking them to point the webhook to that address and send you the API Key and Secret. Usually within a day. Paste the keys back into HAPP and the integration goes live.

How long does setup take?

About 20 minutes of hands-on work — email StreamTelecom, receive the keys, paste them into HAPP, attach the assistant. Wall-clock time depends on StreamTelecom's reply — typically up to 24 hours.

How accurate is the transcription?

Speech recognition accuracy is over 95% for clear audio. AI continuously learns and improves recognition quality for your industry.

Can I score reps by my own criteria?

Yes. You set the sales script, scoring criteria and the weight of each parameter. AI scores every call by your exact standards.
